Descendant of Da Vinci

The lifetime wish requires you to max out sculpting, inventing and painting.  So naturally I chose Savvy Sculptor, Eccentric and Artistic traits, I also chose Born Saleswoman and Loner (since Fawn will be selling her stuff, and spending a lot of time alone).  This might take me longer than other wishes thus far since I can't just sit at the library and read to max out 3 skills, I actually have to do the work.  So Fawn will be living, breathing art until she's done!

Week 20 Day 1 saw me finish my sculpting skill which was the final skill I needed to complete this wish.   14 days it took to finish all three skills and it wasn't half bad (though I did do a huge break from playing this game to do other challenges and real life issues... so I assume it was not to bad!)

Next stop - (using twallan's traveler mod) Bridgeport and Distinguished Directors career!

Culinary Librarian

This should be a fast wish to finish since I learnt almost all the recipes when I was working on my Five-Star Chef lifetime wish.  The traits I assigned were Natural Cook and Vegetarian.  I also gave Fawn Bookworm (to read recipes quickly), Couch Potato (to sit around watching the cooking channel) and Good (just because.)

Hahahah.... and apparently I knew all the recipes required since I achieved my life time wish immediately.  So on Week 18, Day 1 (1 day total) I was done (would have been sooner except fawn went to a party which pushed her over a day).   That was easy.   Nothing more to say about that.

Chess Legend

Playing chess is something my sims always do, but usually for careers, never for the Chess Legend LTW.  I've never played this one and I'm interested in seeing how it works.  Because of not need Logic skill until now my Sim doesn't actually know it at all, so will have to spend time skilling up before attempting the ranked chess matches.  I think the hardest will be getting people to come over for me to play with, since they will be all at work! Carl's guide suggests being a Computer Whiz, Couch Potato and of course a Genius.  I also chose Friendly and Lucky (hoping Lucky will let me win more games than not, honestly I don't think Lucky really does anything!)

This was an interesting life time wish to complete, had its ups and downs.  Inviting people over and them bring 'too busy' to come over was annoying, but in general it worked fairly smoothly.  I did reached grand master rank in chess before I reached level 10 in logic, I thought it would be the other way around.  But on Week 17, Day 7 (9 days total) I finished this wish.

My next goal.... Culinary Librarian.

CEO of a Mega Corporation

In this career Fawn Snow has to reach level 8 of the business career.  I will (like other jobs) play Fawn until level 10, just because I can (she worked hard to get to level 8, might as well hold out for two more job levels and get level 10!)  The traits listed on Carl's are Schmoozer, Ambitious, Snob, Charismatic and Loser.  But I soon found out that you can either be Charismatic or Loser, but not both.  So I exchanged Loser for Workaholic, to get done fast.  This career is a blah career for me, no skills are really required and as long as you do some meetings everyone stays happy.  I hope to be done fast.  (Also hope my days off don't fall badly!)

So on Week 16 Day 2 (10 days total) I finished my life time wish of being a CEO (level 8 business).

I carried on for another few days to finish the business career.  Of course I had a day off fall in the middle of it so Week 16 Day 5 (13 days) I completed the business career.

Celebrated Five Star Chef

I've done this wish several times before so I don't plan on it being a problem.  Carl's says a Green Thumb, Natural Cook and Vegetarian are good traits to inspire this wish.  I'm going to add Ambitious and Workaholic to the mix.  With these traits I hope to get this done fairly quickly.

Fawn as a Chef -

Week 14 Day 6 (15 days after starting) Fawn Snow completed her culinary LTW by becoming a five star chef.  This wish was somewhat boring since I have done it a lot, usually to get the fancy fridge at the end (which nothing goes rotten in or 'tastes like fridge').  I wasted time at the end since I can't seem to ask my boss for that level 10 promotion so I had to wait 3 days until my next scheduled work day.

Next wish - CEO of a mega corporation, level 8 business, and I'll finish it until level 10 business because I might as well.

Bottomless Nectar Cellar

This wish requires World Adventures and takes me to Champs Les Sims, France to pick up a selection of fruits and equipment.  Before I go though I change my traits (as per the guide), Green Thumb, Natural Cook and Snob.   I also add Loves the Outdoors (since I'll be gardening to grow my own fruit) and Over-Emotional (for the happiness points increase).  I have already maxed gardening (thanks to my first LTW) but I don't have any of the good nectar making fruit so I need to buy those and get planting!  I suspect this wish will take me longer than the others to this point, though I've never done it before so I am not sure!

So I didn't think I was doing very well and then just like that (it suck up on me... I was all what the...??)  Fawn Snow achieved her lifetime wish of having a bottomless nectar cellar.  Week 12 Day 5, 12 days after I started this wish I finish it.  Seemed pretty fast, I'm a bit disappointed that I didn't get any of the superbly wonder nectar, just a ton of mediocre stuff.  But I now have a garden full of grapes and other fruit which I'll continue to grow (just for the sake of it).

Next - A five star chef!

Becoming a Superstar Athlete

The traits I have chosen for this are Athletic and Party Animal (because it says these on Carl's... personally I hate the party animal trait, I hate throwing parties)  I also chose Ambitious, Over Emotional and Workaholic for the bonus to lifetime happiness points, and job performance.  I'd like to say that Athletic is maxed and this LTW should be easy, but it didn't work like that for the last wish, so we'll see.

Week 10 Day 6 saw my Athletic Lifetime Wish being completed.  At only 11 days to completion this wish went fairly fast.  I think with Athletics maxed out, and only having one day off a week I was able to breeze through this one.

This LTW was to get to level 9 of the athletic career, But I played for another day to achieve level 10 of this career before moving on to my next Lifetime Wish.

Becoming An Astronaut

For this wish, I kept my workaholic trait and added (as it is in Carl's guide) the Handy, Brave, Athletic and Daredevil traits.  Since my Handy and Athletic are maxed out already I feel this life time wish might go fairly quickly. Especially if I spend my time on the computer a lot working at home.  But that depends on Fawn and if she rolls it for her wishes (remember I only do what Fawn wishes for.)

Week 9 Day 2 saw my Astronaut lifetime wish completed.  It took me a total of 20 days to achieve this.  Longer than I thought considering I had all the skill I needed.  But I forget I can talk to the boss out of work hours for promotions, so when I ended up having two days off in a row I wasted time.

Next wish - Becoming a Super Star Athlete.

For this wish I am going to keep the Ambitious and Workaholic traits, and add Kleptomaniac and Athletic since this wish needs those.  My fifth trait is Over Emotional because I get more lifetime happiness points with it.  This wish is part of the criminal career which has two branches, this one obviously being the thief branch of the career.

I achieved this faster (if calculations are correct) than the first wish despite criminal warehouse glitches (like going to work on my day off huh? to get no credit? wha? But on Week 6 Day 3 (18 days total) my hard work was rewarded by achieving my second lifetime wish as Master Thief.

Creature Robot Cross Breeder

To become a "Creature-Robot Cross Breeder"  the goal is to get to level 9 of the science career.  Not too bad with the right traits.  Fawn Snow (my chosen Sim) has the Ambitious, Angler, Green Thumb, Handy and Workaholic traits.  The wish/career requires the Angler, Green Thumb and Handy skills to get a good performance rating.  The Ambitious and Workaholic mean I can work at home, ask my boss for promotions with less fear of regection, and work hard with less stress.  I play with static needs, which would make it seem easier but I'm not all work and no play.  I only do what she wants according to her wishes (so if she wants to work great, if she wants to socialize great as well!)

At the end it was on week 3, day 4 (25 days total) that Fawn received her lifetime wish.  She is now level 9 in the science career and a "Creature-Robot Cross Breeder".  This is a weird wish since it goes to level 9 and not level 10 of the career.  

But I'm going to keep her working for one more day and get that promotion to put Fawn at Science career level 10.  Next day was a day off for Fawn, so we had to wait an extra day to complete this.  Week 3 day 6 (27 days total) Fawn reached level 10.
